Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo along with the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection hosted an exotic pet amnesty day on Saturday. The event facilitated the donation of 136 animals to the zoo by local pet owners, no questions asked.
As a result, some surprising creatures came out of the woodworks, including an 8 foot long albino Burmese python, an African leopard tortoise, and a 6 foot long iguana.
