Adorable moment Golden Retriever puppy Jack attempts to eat the rain outside.
Watch thirsty Jack the dog experience rain for the first time (he tries to drink it)

- Later he backs inside house but reaches his head out to drink the rain
Rain often evokes feelings of misery, but for this thirsty pooch it's just the tonic.
Puppy golden retriever Jack was caught on camera experiencing wet weather for the first time in his life – and his reaction is priceless.
Standing by the back door, Jack, from Oregon, sticks his head out just enough to get wet and looks up at the sky as if wondering where the water is coming from.
The dog looks to be wondering where the rain is coming from before he opens his mouth and attempts to bite the drops
He then decides to seize his opportunity and begins biting at the raindrops as they fall around him.
The dog then looks back down momentarily before lifting his head once again and continuing to mouth the water that lands on his face.

Later in the video Jack obviously feels as if he has become a little too wet and backs inside the house slightly.

But he is quick to return to chasing the raindrops and reaches back outside with his head to bite the water once again.
Since being posted to YouTube, the video has been viewed nearly 800,000 times and has received a number of comments from amused users.
